I agree that the photo I am about to submit is my original work, is not artificially enhanced, and has never been copyrighted, or if copyrighted, that I am the sole copyright owner. I am submitting this photo as an honest effort of my personal creativity and unique artistic vision, and I understand that it will be published on the internet or at Downtown Silver Spring, as my original work and under my own copyright. I understand that my submission will be reviewed before it is accepted for the contest and that any photo deemed offensive or inappropriate in any way will be disqualified.
 
Contest Rules: All contestants must agree and adhere to the following rules and guidelines.
 
One (1) entry per person per category.
  1. All entries must include the contestant’s name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. When uploading your photo please include your first and last name within the file name. This will help us determine the winners.
  3. Photographers may use film or digital cameras of any format.
  4. Entries must be submitted online via www.downtownsilverspring.com  
  5. Entry deadline is Sunday, July 15, 2007 at 11:59pm.
  6. Photos will be judged by the public online at www.downtownsilverspring.com  from July 17, 2007 – July 30, 2007.
  7. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, August 1, 2007. All winners will be contacted via phone and/or email.
  8. All winners declare that the images submitted are their work and agree to allow Downtown Silver Spring to display said submissions on their website without prior notification or payment.
